What is your refund policy?

Because our products are made to order, refunds are only permitted if the item received was incorrect or if the item is defective. Refunds are then permitted only if seller is notified within 24 hours of receipt along with a photo of the defect. After that all sales are final.

What is the processing time?

For most items the processing time is between 3-5 business times. Due to delays related to COVID-19, please allow for additional time.

Will all packages be shipped together?

More than likely, however at times, items may be sent in separate packages/shipments, depending on what you ordered.

What are the shipping rates?

Standard shipping is free within the United States for orders over $75. After that standard shipping rates apply. Our rates are based on USPS's prevailing standard and expedited shipping rates. Often shipping is free for orders being shipped with the Continental US.
